What is TopTaskAI?

TopTaskAI is an AI “chief of staff” that helps you make progress on tasks you’ve already identified — without time pressure or nagging. It works with your tasks; it never invents them for you.

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed. After the trial, your subscription renews at the plan price ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) unless cancelled.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they’re managed in your device settings, not inside TopTaskAI: open the Settings app → tap your name → SubscriptionsTopTaskAI → cancel or change your plan. TopTaskAI can’t cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

I paid but don’t see my subscription. How do I restore it?

On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it still doesn’t appear, email us at support@toptaskai.com.

I see “this Apple ID already has a subscription” — what does that mean?

A TopTaskAI subscription is already active on the Apple ID signed into your device — often because of Family Sharing or a different login. Apple doesn’t allow a second subscription on the same Apple ID. If you’d like your own subscription, or think this is a mistake, email support@toptaskai.com and we’ll help.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all your content. Note this does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel that separately (see above). If you can’t access the app, email privacy@toptaskai.com.
