These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TopTaskAI mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Vidya Sagar Dadi (“we”, “us”, or “TopTaskAI”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may register using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
TopTaskAI offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No payment is required to start the trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current prices are displayed in the App at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Play Store directly, as we do not process payments. We will assist where possible but cannot override platform refund decisions.
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change affecting your subscription. Price changes take effect at the next renewal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude) to generate responses, suggestions, and other output (“AI Output”).
You acknowledge that:
You may use AI Output for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. To the extent we hold any rights in AI Output we make available to you through the Service, we grant them to you.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic, Supabase, Railway, Resend, Apple, Google, Expo/EAS, RevenueCat, and GoDaddy. A current list is maintained in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Account deletion is final and removes your account, content, and associated personal data per our Privacy Policy.
Important: Deleting your TopTaskAI account does not cancel your App Store or Play Store subscription. To stop subscription renewals, you must separately cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings (iOS) or Google Play Store subscription settings (Android). We cannot cancel platform subscriptions on your behalf.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopTaskAI, its operator Vidya Sagar Dadi, and any successors, from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@toptaskai.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
